Refund policy

At DrJudge, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
